About Your Coach!
Brian Montes
Before becoming a business coach, I started an HR Consulting and Payroll business from scratch, and within 3 years we were doing $400,000 in revenue per year with a 40% gross margin and a lean team.
Before then, I also worked at a tech ed startup as the Director of Operations, helping the founder take the company from a few employees to 150 and from $5M in revenue to $100M in ARR. I understand what it takes to build a business from the ground up, including building a high-performing team, making sales, and managing the underlying operational risk that all businesses face.
